Meditation wine obtained from the raisined grapes of Almanegra and aged in chestnut barrels.
Intense violet with purple reflections, releases a wide bouquet of morello cherry, violet, blueberry and graphite.
At the palate we have clear hints of morello cherry under spirits, cinchona, leather and tobacco, black pepper. Structured and wrapping, it maintains a good acidity and well-balanced tannins, not sickly.

To be enjoyed at the end of meals possibly with Toulouse violette, precious sugary flowers.
Enjoy it at a temperature of 20 °C; uncork at least one hour before.
